By using www.controlgrc.com, submitting the Compliance Readiness Calculator, or applying to the pilot program, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What the service is
This site is the marketing front for ControlGRC. From here you can:

- →Take the Compliance Readiness Calculator and receive a score + personalized playbook.
- →Apply to join the ControlGRC pilot program.
The actual ControlGRC product is not delivered via this site. It's a separate application accessible only to pilot participants.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your organization when you submit information or apply to the pilot. ControlGRC is intended for professional compliance, security, and operations use.
Pilot program
The ControlGRC pilot program is a limited-seat early-access program. By applying:
- →You consent to be contacted about your application.
- →If accepted, a separate pilot agreement will govern your use of the product.
- →Pilot participants may be asked for feedback, interview availability, and testimonials. Any feedback you provide is given non-confidentially unless we explicitly agree otherwise.
- →Pilot pricing, scope, and timelines are determined case-by-case and set out in your pilot agreement.
Submitting a pilot application does not guarantee acceptance. We evaluate applicants based on fit, timing, and cohort capacity.
Your content
You retain ownership of everything you submit — calculator answers, pilot-application details, pain statements, feedback.
By submitting, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use what you submit for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy: generating your score, operating the pilot program, and improving the product. We will not publish your submission or your company name without your consent.
Our intellectual property
ControlGRC, the ControlGRC logo, this site's copy, design, the calculator scoring logic, and the playbook content are our intellectual property. You may share your individual readiness result permalink, but you may not copy, republish, or reverse-engineer the calculator logic, playbook content, or any part of the product.
Acceptable use
Don't:
- →Submit false information or impersonate someone else.
- →Attempt to scrape, bulk-harvest, or programmatically abuse the site.
- →Attempt to probe, penetrate, or interfere with the site's operation without prior written authorization.
- →Submit malicious content, spam, or content that violates anyone's rights.
We may block or remove submissions that violate these rules and, in serious cases, restrict your access to the site.
Disclaimers
The Compliance Readiness Calculator produces a generalized, process-level estimate. It is not a compliance certification, audit opinion, or legal advice. Your actual audit readiness depends on your specific frameworks, controls, and auditor. Use the output as input to a conversation with your QSA, auditor, or compliance advisor — not as a replacement for one.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ControlGRC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, including lost profits, lost data, or audit outcomes. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to this site is limited to US $100.
Termination
You can stop using the site at any time, and you can request deletion of your data at [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits) do survive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally go to the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product and pilot program evolve. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
